SD201 Culinary Labs

J. Sterling Morton expanded their curriculum by adding a Culinary Arts Program at both the East and West campuses. These stateof- the-art instructional spaces allow students to learn the full spectrum of the restaurant industry. From how the food is stored, prepped, presented, and served, to how the customers are greeted, seated and waited on, these new labs are all encompassing. The labs feature eight full kitchen stations and an adjacent classroom that duals as a restaurant setting. This unique curriculum expansion provides District students with hands-on learning, as well as future professional opportunities.
